Hello beautiful human!

My name is Ting Ting and I have been in the movement and wellness industry for over a 2 decades.

My passion is sharing the techniques and knowledge learned through the years to help others move better, breathe better, and feel better. I love to help people rediscover a new respect for their bodies. To gain confidence and empower their spirit.

This passion has me to develop a new movement technique, GuanJing Method. An easy to learn meditative movement practice that cultivates Qi energy using spiraling circular shapes. The movements are designed to transform tension and heavy emotions into renewed vitality leaving the practitioner feeling refreshed and at peace.

My dedication to this practice is globally recognized as a pioneer in the movement industry merging elements of Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance. My latest book " Meditative Movements to Optimize Health and Vitality" hit the best sellers list on Christmas Eve last year.

Everyday I strive to embody my practice and live in full flow with the current of life. To not take life so seriously and dance with the elements that come my way.

  • It depends on what you would like to learn! Here is a break down:

    Art of Breath | Great for nervous system reset. Little to no movement, a deep dive in meditation with the breath.

    Enter the Qi | Slow mindful movements focused on Qi cultivation.

    Book Practices | A great reference guide . This course works in conjunction to the GuanJing Method book. Tutorials of each basic form pattern plus 3 practice sequences.

    Yin & Yang Flow | Enter the Qi or Book Practices is a necessary Prerequisite. These classes that are both sweat inducing and relaxing, lots of play and exploration of the body.

    Flow State | Learn a long sequence that enlivens all the pathways of energy in the body. Lots of movement integrated with Qi harmony.

  • No experience is necessary. While some classes require prerequisites- over all the courses are made for all levels of familiarity.

  • All of them! The platform is laptop, tablet, and phone friendly. I suggest using a big enough device to see the movements clearly and easily.

  • Any surface with enough padding to keep knees cushioned but firm enough to balance easily on. I love the foam puzzle piece mats, yoga mats are great and even carpet works great.

    Make sure you have enough room to to extend your arms fully to not knock anything over.

  • The most comfortable clothing to move in would be any not too tight or too loose. Natural fabrics are best.
