Radiant Vitality
Flow into Balance with Qi Movement and Elemental Healing
April 12th - May 10th 2025

Radiant Vitality invites you on a journey of renewal, empowerment, and transformation.
Guided by Ting Ting Guan and guest expert Dr. Felice Chan, this program combines the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the transformative power of the GuanJing Method to help you release emotional blockages, restore balance, and cultivate deep vitality.
Through movement, breath, and reflection, we’ll explore the Five Elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—and uncover their profound connection to your organs, emotions, and energy flow.
This is your time to align with the rhythms of life, reconnect with yourself, and step into your most radiant self.

Finding Your Path to Radiance
You wake up feeling heavy like you’ve been carrying invisible weights for far too long.
Your energy feels scattered—some days, you’re pushing through exhaustion; other days, your emotions feel too big to contain.
Maybe it’s the tension in your shoulders that refuses to let go or the knots in your stomach that seem tied to a deeper unease.
You’ve tried stretching, meditating, even “powering through,” but nothing seems to truly release the tension or calm the chaos.
The days blur together, leaving you longing for something more—a sense of ease, clarity, and energy that feels just out of reach.
This program was created for that very moment in your life; when you’re ready to stop surviving and start thriving.
Radiant Vitality offers that path—a way to reconnect with the natural rhythms of your energy, align with your inner flow, and step into the vibrant harmony you’ve been seeking.

This is a unique movement form developed by Ting Ting herself, inspired by a deeply transformative moment in her life.
The breathwork has a yogic essence, scientifically backed to reset the nervous system. The movements channel Qi energy in a way that’s distinct from traditional Qi Gong practice, while the flow creates a dance-like interaction with your energy system.
Many students describe GuanJing as “the best of Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance”—it’s all of these and none of them at the same time.

Each live session will be recorded, and replays will be available for a limited time after the class. This allows you to revisit the material at your convenience or catch up on any sessions you missed.
